Affirmation: Every day is an opportunity to begin again, and I greet it with joy in my heart.

Affirmation: I patiently wait until my heart tells me that it’s the right time to take action for the best outcome.

Affirmation: I value myself enough to protect myself from other’s harmful actions. I value others enough to make choices with self-awareness and integrity, even when I need to make a choice that others reject or fight against.

Affirmation: I learn from my experiences and then let them go.

Affirmation: I have the courage to step outside of my own perception, see a fuller picture, and embrace the whole.

Affirmation: Change is inevitable, and I embrace it with acceptance and peace.

Affirmation: I don’t let fear of an unknown outcome hold me prisoner. I trust my own truth to guide me to rewarding experiences.

Affirmation: I embrace my spiritual nature and journey and affirm my  connection to my higher self.

Affirmation: Everything happens for a reason. I choose to know my shadow self, love it, and learn the lessons it teaches me.

Affirmation: I nurture myself and others by connecting with nature, home, and heart; listening to my intuition and emotions; and being receptive and compassionate while simultaneously standing strong in my own truth.

Affirmation: I am assertive and determined, act with authority, stand up for myself and my truth, fight for what I believe in, and do not allow the voices of others to eclipse my own while simultaneously treating others with gentleness and compassion.

Affirmation: I focus my will, thoughts, and emotions and then take the necessary steps to make my dreams a reality.

Affirmation: I know that cycles are a natural part of all things and seek to work with them in order to understand my own. I give attention to my body and emotions as an act of self-love.

Affirmation: I am watched over, cherished, and protected. I have the strength and courage to overcome all obstacles. I trust in myself and have confidence I will overcome.

Affirmation: I live a life of empathetic awareness and wisdom to honor all sacrifices that have been made to enable my growth.

Affirmation: I pay attention to the messages I receive because I know their wisdom is born of my own intuition and need. I see and hear the truth, then do what is necessary.

Affirmation: I pay close attention to how my dreams make me feel, listen to what they tell me, and heed what they reveal to learn who I am and who I wish to be.

Affirmation: I honor what provides for me and nurtures me by reciprocating that love and loving myself.

Affirmation: I know I am special. I honor my purpose, truths, and authentic self by recognizing that I belong with those who love and respect me for who I am.

Affirmation: I know that the fears that cause me to doubt, restrict, and limit myself have no true substance. I face my fears, shine a light on them, see they are just shadows, and overcome them to live the fullness of my true self and purpose.

Affirmation: I have the freedom to choose in all things, including whether to wear a saddle and bridle or allow someone to ride on my back. Allowing others to choose for me is still my own choice. I own my power and maintain awareness of it in all my choices of action or inaction.

Affirmation: I release beliefs and situations that no longer serve my highest good. I let go of the past that weighs me down to be open to a future that lifts me up.

Affirmation: I give myself permission to feel and experience my emotions without judgement or blame. I release them and learn from them. I recognize that they are simply responses to a passing moment and that letting them go allows them to be as temporary as the moment.

Affirmation: I love myself and another with acceptance of flaws and weaknesses, knowing this is reciprocated. I give myself completely, trusting that I won’t lose my independence and sense of self. We both remain strong in our truth and become two halves of a stronger, loving whole.

Affirmation: My strength and weaknesses are worthy of love. I love my unique differences and know they make me truly beautiful. I am perfect at being me.

Affirmation: I love and nurture myself without reservation or condition. I deserve the same attention, care, and compassion that I give to others.

Affirmation: I make the sacrifices necessary to act on my intentions and achieve the outcomes I desire.

Affirmation: I value and respect my needs. I act according to my well-being and happiness regardless of how others react. I understand that every person deserves that freedom, including me. I support and encourage that freedom for others and for myself.

Affirmation: I embrace the sensory experiences of my life, knowing that I’m meant for this pleasure that nourishes my soul.

Affirmation: I take time to nurture my hopes, dreams, body, mind, spirit, creations, and relationships with love, honor, and respect.

Affirmation: I quietly observe those around me and am mindful of what I see, hear, and feel. I trust my instincts and intuition and allow them to guide my steps.

Affirmation: I protect and preserve my world. I recognize that my relationships are symbiotic. I tread gently and walk with love, recognizing I deserve the same in return.

Affirmation: I set an example for others’ treatment of me by giving myself love, respect, and care. I hold others accountable for their treatment of me. I hold myself accountable for my choices regarding relationships with those who are unable to treat me with love, respect, and care.

Affirmation: I cast aside the mask of imposed expectations that hides my light. I embrace and live my truth, allowing my soul to shine with authenticity.

Affirmation: I embrace new ideas, awareness, and knowledge that comes from listening to my intuition. I allow myself to be inspired to explore unknown pathways, knowing I’ll gain beneficial wisdom regardless of outcomes.

Affirmation: I withdraw to solitude when needed to hear my own intuition and inner voice, knowing the answers I receive will be the ones that move me forward in the best way.

Affirmation: I have the courage to look within myself, discover the things that I love most passionately, and bring them out into the light.

Affirmation: I pay attention to the signs and inspirations I receive and trust my own inner knowing to guide me.

Affirmation: I trust my intuition and insight to see through illusions created by my fear or others’, as well as the clarity and wisdom I gain through my awareness.

Affirmation: I peel away the layers of what is man-made internally and externally. I explore and connect with my inner world and the natural world and see who I am.

Affirmation: It’s time to share my vision and speak of my dreams to others, so I can connect with those who share my goals and hopes and help me to realize them sooner.

Affirmation: I am blessed with the ability to create with my thought, intention, action, and emotion. I choose to create beauty within myself that generates a future of fulfillment and delight.
