Affirmation: My heart is wild and free, honest and wise. My heart knows what’s right for me, and I trust it to guide me.

Affirmation: I am fresh and ready to be me once again, completely, defiantly, and joyfully.

Affirmation: I trust my heart, which urges me to explore the new and unfamiliar. I am curious and open, and I trust that I will be looked after as I take my soul journey.

Affirmation: I am a fortress of divine love. I stand strong in my divine presence. I am peacefully and powerfully me with a beautiful and divinely protected heart.

Affirmation: I trust, love, and respect all the different parts of me to work together as I live my most creative, honest, and beautiful life. I choose to share myself with those who love and respect all of me.

Affirmation: I am able to handle big changes in my life with skill and grace. I have the power to make even radical changes required to bring me happiness. I have faith in myself. I open my heart to the guiding light of unconditional love.

Affirmation: I admit the true desires and needs of my heart and receive assistance to bring a cherished dream to life. I express my needs aloud to the universe and can feel in my heart that I am heard and supported. I feel healing within and know that beautiful solutions will become clear.

Affirmation: I free myself from everything painful held against me by myself or others. I claim responsibility for my actions and make amends where needed without ever deserving to be attacked or put down. I don’t have to be perfect to be pure of heart and deserving of respect and kindness. There is goodness within me that can never be tainted by any experiences or perceived mistakes. I am loved. I am forgiven. I forgive myself. 

Affirmation: I accept the opportunities that makes me more visible to others, trusting that I will shine my truth and integrity to make it a positive and healing experience for myself and others. I have a bold, bright, and unique light that wants to be seen. I am completely me and inspire others to do the same.

Affirmation: I give my heart permission to reveal to me the people, places, and activities that feel like home to me. I cast off that which is not true to my heart in favor of that which really feels like it belongs in my world. I recognize that holding onto what doesn’t feel right only prevents me from finding my way home. I deserve a true home for my beautiful heart and honor that by not settling for what I hoped would fit but doesn’t. I call upon my kindred soul tribe, my spiritual family, the true home for my heart. May we be blessed to find, recognize, and love each other at the perfect moment, in the most beautiful way.

Affirmation: Right now is the right time to take extra special care of myself by giving back to myself in the ways that are best for my mind, body, and soul. 

Affirmation: I know how to rescue myself. I love myself. I am worthy of respect. I choose happiness for myself. I am willing to follow my inner voice. When I don’t know what to do, I know that the answer will come at the right time and in the right way. I trust life, and I know feep within that I am safe and everything is working out perfectly.

Affirmation: I speak up for what I want. I don’t believe any negative things said about me by myself or others. I speak the goodness of beautiful truth. I use the positive power of my words, thoughts, and intentions to override and replace any meanness, fear, hate, or jealousy that arises in me or in others. The goodness in me is more powerful than the badness in anyone or anything.

Affirmation: I don’t mind times of confusion or distress because I know they indicate that I’m going through soul growth, and I trust the process. I don’t try to impose meaning on what I don’t yet understand. I don’t try to take action or understand prematurely. I’ll know when it’s time to act, and it’s okay for me to relax and trust that the clarity will come when the time is right.

Affirmation: I’m proud to be my own hero. I’ve got this. I trust myself, and I have all that I need within me to rise up as my own hero. I am proud to be me.

Affirmation: I choose to be happy and free. The universe wants me to be me. When I try to fit in somewhere I can’t be myself, I lose my way, become unhappy, discover obstacles, and feel increasingly rejected and defeated. When I quit trying to fit in and enjoy being myself, I win.

Affirmation: I trust that the universe knows what it’s doing. There are great and beautiful things meant for me, and no matter what appears to be right now, they will come to me in the perfect way and at the perfect time. I choose to trust the light. I am safe and held in the light. I am the light.

Affirmation: My soul is a creative fire that wants to break free from what has been and give life to something new. I choose to let go of my inhibitions, freely express myself, follow my heart, and embrace the new life that I’m craving.

Affirmation: I let go of any thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs that are based in fear. I know there is a positive and loving purpose in all things, even if I can’t see it right away. I allow myself to be free to feel positive about my future.
