Affirmation: As a sovereign being of light, I now dissolve and disintegrate and permission that I have ever given to any being that does not love me unconditionally to be attached to me. I now release all such attachments from me with love and peace and burn all contracts associated with them. May all beings be happy and free, including myself.

Affirmation: I am a courageous being of strength and light with peace in my heart. I am in alignment with my higher self and truth is my powerful ally. I do not need to force or defend. I simply remain steadfast in my truth now and always, through my own free will.

Affirmation: I have compassion for myself and others and receive compassion from the universe. I am grateful for this healing and grace that I’m receiving now.

At peace in my heart, I now receive that which is guiding me in unconditional love into my fulfillment and authentic expression of my highest self.

Affirmation: I am divinely blessed, my heart so full of blessing it overflows through my entire being. I receive blessings easily. My joy inspires others to be open to blessings, too. The universe knows my worthy heart and bestows abundant gifts on me now.
