Affirmation: I respect my right to privacy and only share myself in the ways and at the times that I feel are good for me. I watch and observe with objectivity and trust my own discernment regarding truths that are revealed.

Affirmation: I focus on nurturing and healing myself, emotionally and physically. I cull anything and anyone from my environment who will not allow me to support myself through what must be done. I am fully devoted to my own healing, which will also encourage healing for those around me.

Affirmation: I bring back my own power. I harness my strong and potent will, which has previously been neglected and underestimated. I am a being of power and commitment. I believe in myself.

Affirmation: I am able to change and I am transforming. I am experiencing the miracle of my instinctual true self becoming manifest. I dare myself to be who I truly am. The story of my soul is so much more than I’ve allowed it to be, and there are so many more possibilities within me.

Affirmation: I receive healing from the natural world. I am becoming calm, increasing self-love, and deepening my wisdom. I am on a journey of health and wellbeing.

Affirmation: I slow down the demands of my life, create boundaries, and know I’m not obligated to sacrifice my needs to the needs of others who are simply noisier and more entitled. I am grateful for the opportunities that I have to change the world for the better every day.

Affirmation: I am new. I am fresh. I am unknowing and innocent. My new cycle truly begins.

Affirmation: I awake each day refreshed and ready, with renewed enthusiasm, vigour, and optimism.

Affirmation: A time is coming for me that is delirious in its excitement and will refresh me. I find my voice and feel more alive than ever before.

Affirmation: Love fire has been lit within me and I allow my own self-love to ignite in return. I love and I am worth loving. When I experience passion, I am walking through the flames of love.

Affirmation: I release a cycle that needs to end, knowing that this will bring me renewal, truth, and the moment when I can become myself again. I let go, cease my quiet suffering, experience and release emotions that arise, rest, and then return with a spirit that is daring and strong.

Affirmation: I invest and use wisely the goodness that is flowing to me. I take care of myself and truly make myself into who and what I have always wanted to become. I create the future for myself and my loved ones.

Affirmation: I release with love all burdens I carry out of fear rather than love and all demands and expectations that no longer serve my highest goods. I care for myself and others by establishing healthy boundaries and freeing myself to see my path ahead with clarity. I care for others as an act of love toward those who reciprocate the same love and support in return.

Affirmation: I am ready to take great chances, trusting my intuition even when others don’t understand. I am curious, inquiring, and open-hearted. I have the courage to now enter the unknown.

Affirmation: I am ready to do what I once only dreamed of and become who I once dreamed of being. My eyes shine with love and confidence. I am ready to live my intuitive life outwardly in the world, fearlessly and powerfully. I no longer fear rejection from friends or family as I embrace my true self and path and reconnect with my own power. My vision alone dictates who I become in this world.

Affirmation: I seek out relationships that are strong and full of mutuality with respect for each other’s growth and dedication to the highest purpose for us both. I also recgonize that the duration of these relationships – long or short – is determined by what serves our highest good.

Affirmation: When I cease struggling to change what it ouside of me, I win the war of self-mastery within myself. Through stillness and inner consciousness, I come to a deeper, more peaceful understanding of what I need, value, and desire.

Affirmation: When I’m filled with creative inspiration, passion, and the desire to push forward, I use this energy for my own purpose and highest good.

Affirmation: I remain faithful to my own personal truths and the code within my soul. I prioritize the voice of my own heart above all other agendas. I exercise my power rather than giving it away and use it to weave a future that is truly the one I wish to create – one that provides me with honor, abundance, and the satisfaction of having been true to myself.

Affirmation: I honor my own point of view, value my side of the story, and take necessary steps to protect myself from others’ attempts to diminish my confidence and silence my voice. I’m committed to treating myself with the respect and love that I know I utterly deserve. I am a good and strong person and will not allow myself to be harmed by abusive relationships or situations.

Affirmation: I’m willing to sacrifice something I’m attached to in order to clear space for the greater good to flow into my life, heart, and soul. I am open to receiving clarity about what I need to let go.

Affirmation: I hold my promises sacred, so I am cautious, thoughtful, and intentional when I give my word. I also remember that no oath carries a promise of continued loyalty to someone regardless of their behavior or treatment of me.

Affirmation: My integrity leads to healing and unity. I am at one with my higher self, which brings me self-empowerment and abundant fortune. I have the confidence to embrace my true self and express myself authentically.

Affirmation: I retreat from the world when needed to respect, understand, and master my shadow. I use this time to choose a path forward that remains true to my deepest self.

Affirmation: Even though I can’t see the future outcomes of a choice I make now, I know my efforts to choose honorably and well will be successful.
