Card 1
Affirmation:
A NEW SPROUT
There are memories of my ancestors living in me. I honour these memories and I also appreciate the personal resources they developed, that helped them survive and navigate different circumstances in their lives. Resources that, like a treasure, they passed on, to take care of me and to protect me.
I bring to light this truth, and I understand that for them it was necessary to live with these strategies. However, now they have become for me a burden of outdated resources, an old paradigm that is not my essence.
It is these ancient beliefs that at this very moment I must release.
Perfectionism, self-criticism, high expectations, negative internal dialogue, and being self-demanding are consequences of this paradox, leading to expectations and judgements by society. Fearing error, ridicule, and failure is a guarantee that life will pass me by.
So what does success mean to me?
Allowing – Vulnerability
Today I enjoy new and curious aspects of my humanity, celebrating facets that I once rejected or hid.
Today I appreciate that the wonder of being human is due in part to my fragility, ridiculousness, and my differences.
A weight is lifted within me and without forcing change, I gently allow myself to be whoever I am.
Vulnerability, I welcome you, because today you are a force that makes me strong.
I enjoy myself, I stumble, I make mistakes and I fail. I laugh at myself, at the character I have created, and an old tension dissipates. My heart rate decreases, my anxiety fades away.
I lighten my life, and finally, my inner judge takes a well-deserved vacation.
Card 2
Affirmation:
ALIGNMENT
There is a profound desire calling, waiting for me to listen. It’s the Universal Intention of life, reaching me like a strong wind, flourishing now for me.
I deserve to live and I have the right to live in peace. I am the only human being who can give myself such a gift.
So I face the Sun because life is made to be lived.
To be lived now.
What is life to me?
Empowerment
I recover my power.
I accept life, breathing pain and joy, and I finally do what I have come to do.
It is time to start creating the world that you and I and all our sisters and brothers deserve.
“Our song is fire of pure love,
it’s a dovecote dove,
olive from an olive grove.
It is the universal song,
chain that will triumph,
the right to live in peace”
~ Victor Jara, “El derecho de vivir en paz”
Card 3
Affirmation:
ANCESTRAL WARMTH
The Sun rises every morning shining its perfection. It is in the centre of the sky, just as the heart is in the centre of my being. In the Sun I recognise the power and direction of Life.
So now is the time to ask myself what direction am I taking…
Are my thoughts, words, and actions in accordance with the direction of the Sun?
Am I able to observe myself honestly in my own solitude and in my own community?
The direct light of the Sun gifts me the chance to see clearly what my limits are, what makes me shine in a genuine way, and what ignites my soul.
I see this direct call as an opportunity to illuminate my personal and collective space.
Blood runs through my veins, just as it does the veins of any human being who crosses my path.
There is a voice, rising from within and amongst the crowd, illuminating everything in its path. This is my voice, just as the silent voice of the voiceless speaks through me.
So, looking back at our origins and our present, I recognise the wisdom and the pain of people. I recognise the neglected ethnic groups, the original cultures, those who live in the margins and those unseen.
I illuminate the corners of my personal and our collective history with all the light that emanates from my heart.
The time is now.
It is time to embrace this knowledge and to row our boats, as equals, as sisters and brothers, in the direction of Life.
Reflect
What do I need to address and nurture to fill my spaces with light and meaning?
I focus on the natural, terrestrial, astronomical, and human paradise that surrounds me. Today I receive the luminous nourishment of the Sun, opening up to new horizons.
With humility I rebuild the bonds, repair the damage, without making the same mistakes.
The Sun will rise for us all.
Card 4
Affirmation:
BECOMING WORLD
Disharmony amidst thought, feeling, and action usually reveals itself via physical discomforts.
Feeling repressed emotions, such as guilt, produces immense changes in my biology.
I am like an iceberg. There is so much hidden below the water that I can’t even glimpse the infinity of my territories. When I don’t have resources to listen to myself, my physical body is the one communicating the messages. My body speaks my Truth to me.
When I feel pain and I try to resist it or avoid it, I suffer. When I pay attention to my pain, going there, embracing it, and taking all the time that I need to recover my dynamic balance, I learn how to transit through any physical, emotional, or spiritual discomforts.
If I am connected to my mind and body, I grow stronger, I stay stronger.
What does it mean for me to be healthy?
Responsibility
I am responsible for my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and my actions.
I forgive others and I forgive myself, acknowledging mistakes.
With patience and a sense of humour, it is me who brings peace to my life.
Card 5
Affirmation:
CENTRE
Everything moves and I take advantage of that movement flowing with it. Like a river, water naturally will find its way towards Life.
Something guides me in the torrent; something moves me from the centre.
So I listen to all the answers that are waiting for my attention.
‘Life is now,’ the waters are telling me.
Flow
I leave behind controlling tendencies and the fear of change.
I embrace what is new without resistance so that my passion flows from the centre and the inevitable comes to flourish along with my own beauty.
Card 6
Affirmation:
CERTAINTY
A powerful animal moves forward with firm conviction, its eyes closed, leaving behind remnants of an ancient civilisation. It evolves as it moves, being wild, being Nature, the pure essence of Life.
When I stop intellectualising, I let my life expand. I prevent it from being determined by my mind and my thoughts. Thus I am able to give myself completely to the world. I ask myself then, ‘Is it that my own fear has paralyzed me? Am I afraid of feeling my own heart?’
I penetrate deep inside, as I am the master residing within myself. I am a capable being who constantly works on myself. It is me who has the answers and the cure.
I see the world, the madness, borders being violated, labour being exploited, innocent and unconscious people manipulated by lies of greed and ambition. I see all that in me, too.
I see the mask that is not allowing my light to shine.
Relieve – Set it free
I release what is oppressing my heart. I tear down the walls surrounding my core.
My master is waiting for me to listen. When I come across this character that I have created, the image I project of myself, who I really am comes to light.
I do not need more words to understand; only love gives me instant understanding.
Card 7
Affirmation:
CHILDREN OF LIGHT
My childhood was marked by events that connected me with diverse knowledge. I experienced depths of pain and joy. A day was a lifetime where imagery, games, and surprises guided me.
As an adult I have forgotten many things, sometimes even how to connect with and listen to my true nature.
My true nature lets me know it is still there, resonating, hidden somewhere in my chest.
The time has come for me to find myself in every child, in every young person, with care and love.
I feel their beat of life in me; I open the way for us to create a world together in unbounded imagination.
There is inherent wisdom in every child: simplicity of living and true laughter. Every child is my sweetest mirror.
There is a silver lining in every teenager’s rebellion: change and courage.
A seed needs simple elements to grow: water, earth, air, sun, and love. That is what I sow today.
Simplicity
I return to the simple.
Through my generous and innocent spirit I ask myself:
What is my greatest fear?
What is my magical desire?
By observing my fears, I take them out of dark spaces and thus, they no longer prevail.
Now I create spaces for others to grow. For me to grow. I enjoy the simple things again, I recover my capacity for wonderment. Everything is renewed and fills my spaces with magical energy.
Card 8
Affirmation:
CLOCK-TIME GATEWAY
“Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
The Cheshire Cat: That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.
Alice: I don’t much care where.
The Cheshire Cat: Then it doesn’t much matter which way you go.
Alice: …So long as I get somewhere.
The Cheshire Cat: Oh, you’re sure to do that, if only you walk long enough.”
Decide
In order to achieve, I have to first decide what I want. Otherwise, others will decide for me.
Card 9
Affirmation:
COMMITMENT
A great challenge has arrived at my door and luckily it is open.
In this new path I see the mirror of freedom: the freedom to traverse myself until the end.
My inner purpose unfolds before me now and in every now.
Beauty displays in light, showing me all that I could not see before.
I grow slowly and softly.
I contemplate the future in my present, and I embrace this transition by observing the passages of life and the cycles that change.
I sing to life, I open to it, and I share it.
Ceremony
I make a ritual.
I gift initiation symbols to my new life, every corner I grace with beauty, and I celebrate all that I have brought to it.
When I honour each stage with love, life smiles back at me.
Card 10
Affirmation:
COMPASSION
Difficult encounters and experiences have opened my eyes to my own feelings, to my truth. I perceive the beings and situations that made my life an uphill struggle as valuable teachings on my path.
Experiences that at first sight appeared to be the opposite of love have taught me to see the offering that life makes to me moment to moment.
Today I receive this gift: a learning about a deep and unconditional love that dwells within me.
I recognise in myself a great force that compels me to alleviate the pain in other beings, a love manifesting itself in one of its purest forms. That higher passion: that love called compassion.
Now, what if compassion does not include me? If the compassion is not with me as well, it is not complete. For what is the point of comforting other beings if I treat myself harshly?
My growth is not born out of demand, guilt, or a cold attitude toward my problems. My growth is born when I open myself to love, when from the depths of my being softness and compassion emanate. Compassion for myself and compassion for others.
Self-Care – Limits
Everything matures in its own time and without force. I do not need to earn anything; I always deserve.
I also understand that if I need it, I can ask for help.
When I am disturbed or distracted too much, my mind is like churning water. If I hate, my mind burns like fire. When my ignorance overshadows the truth, I forget what is important. Only with gratitude I abandon the things that bind me, the harmful spaces and the habits that do not nourish me. When I abandon these things and practice detachment from outcomes, I quieten my being and return to the origin.
I pay attention to my body, mind, and soul, with love and care.
Compassion begins with me.
“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy yourself, practice compassion.”
~ Tenzin Gyatso (Dalai Lama XIV), “The Art of Happiness”
Card 11
Affirmation:
CONNECTION LINK
I imagine that today is my last day of life.
Have I left any tasks undone?
Is my heart ready to face death?
Until today I have been a channel of connection, a link, between Heaven and Earth.
An emotional human experience in a reality of material and dense dimensions.
I repeatedly forget about the ephemeral nature of my existence.
Death is life’s natural teacher.
Today I open myself to the contemplation of this transcendental event. With death at my side, I can appreciate in the right perspective my beliefs, expectations, fears, judgements and conditioned perspectives.
The contemplation of death is one of the most effective medicines against heartaches and the irrelevant.
It reminds me of the miracle that it is to be here at all.
Today I free myself from that which does not serve me, thus preventing it from becoming a paralysing burden.
I take perspective and let go of what lives in that deafening silence; that which is trapped in my throat, that which burns in my core or that oppresses my heart.
I transform my prejudices to contemplate the depth of human compassion and connection. My passage here, even if it lasts a hundred years, is still fleeting.
“We are like butterflies who flutter for a day and think it is forever”
~ Carl Sagan, “Cosmos”
Close stages
I close circles.
I stop postponing, return to the root of life, and abandon the superficial.
I am grateful, and finally I do what I have to do.
Card 12
Affirmation:
CONSCIOUS
I am face to face with myself.
Am I conscious about what is running through my mind? Do I truly realise the words coming out of my mouth? Can I observe the character I have become and be at peace with my actions?
There are shadows within me. I integrate and illuminate them day by day because there, in that darkness, is where the most sought after treasure is hidden.
Those unconscious masks only damage me. My own shadow has caused me hard times, leaving my heart and my mind blind to see the most beautiful things of life. I have been misguided and no one is responsible but me.
It’s time to come clean, to empty, accept, and forgive myself. I understand that not only do I have my stories but that I embody them and have become them.
Integrate
I accept, I take over. I take responsibility for my actions.
I open up the darkness by incorporating it as it was, as it is. I leave behind the judgments about me.
I am grateful for this opportunity and I embrace what I choose to be now.
Card 13
Affirmation:
COOL FOREST SHADE
I have already realised that the perfect time to do things does not exist.
Fear of making a mistake is to die slowly, is to live halfway, as if in an eternal rehearsal.
In the face of external orders that humiliate my conscience, I am disobedient.
I take indifference in my hands and look at it closely… I observe that it is made of cowardice and in an act of love I offer it to the fire.
Daring to build or dismantle in order to grow means losing one’s balance. So with courage I go out to find myself, because if I don’t, I invite the danger of getting lost.
Fear is always ready to show me things in their worst light.
“The world belongs to those who dare.”
~ Charles Chaplin, “Live”
Dare
Life is an adventure.
Fortune favours the brave.
Today I embrace the art of the decisive.
Card 14
Affirmation:
COSMIC UTERUS
Since Time immemorial the Seed of Life has been planted and nourished by the energy of the Universe.
The Sun fertilises the Earth and the Earth gives birth to all her species.
Life, in any of its forms, manifests itself in light. I am that Light; I am Life contemplating itself.
In the mystery of my origin I glimpse a succession of wombs intertwined in blood, stories, and legacies. Stories of life-giving women going back to the origin of creation.
An origin that shows me that my existence is only possible today because a great number of improbable events unfolded exactly the way they did.
The primordial matrix reminds me that abundance has always been here and now in the present.
Thank you for the miracle, for I am the light of the beginning and I am the light of the end.
I give birth to my creation, I give birth to myself… I step into light.
Gratitude
What exists today will not remain forever. I ask myself what I am taking for granted and what values are the foundation of my existence.
I stop and become aware, for a moment, of those things that fill my life.
I am grateful for the small and I am grateful for the grand.
Gratitude is a practice that strengthens me and opens the door to enjoyment, to the satisfaction of living.
“The universe is a symphony of vibrating strings… We are nothing but melodies, cosmic music played out on vibrating strings and membranes.”
~ Michio Kaku, “The Universe is a Symphony of Vibrating Strings”
Card 15
Affirmation:
CRYSTAL CLEAR
I was wrong. My old beliefs were looking out with the eyes of my ego. Freedom and responsibility are inseparable. I am not afraid anymore, I know who I am.
I accept the consequences of my past actions. All my past decisions, conscious or not, brought me to the place where I am right now, and this is the perfect place.
I acknowledge my mistakes. I am grateful to see them, without any guilt.
I am the creator of everything; that’s why I don’t give my power or my responsibility to others. I don’t blame it on life’s circumstances.
Now, I create new beliefs and a brand new world.
I learn with love from my past mirrors, my past relationships, my past experiences.
I also learn that the past has passed.
Freedom
I take over my present freedom.
I do not dig anymore into the past.
I acknowledge that it is now that I have the power to change things, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and circumstances.
I have the responsibility of acting with love towards my own being. No one else can do it for me.
I give thanks, because today I trust in my own power.
Card 16
Affirmation:
DANCE OF HEARTBEATS
When I approach the world and the world is bleak, I feel like the desolate wilderness.
When I see you with those empty, dark, and absent eyes, my colours darken.
When you define our boundaries out loud or just with a glance, I fragment.
When there is ringing silence in the face of injustice, my whole body shakes.
All this happens because we are beings united in a delicate living tissue, sharing the same ancient wound and the same cosmic dance that moves us between joy and sadness.
Recognising my sensitivity, today I honour and listen to it, without underestimating it and without identifying myself with it.
I attentively observe every sensation I experience.
I am moved, letting myself be carried away by the heartbeat of the Mystery.
In that swaying, I realise that I am also responsible for my enjoyment, for my bliss.
I open myself, with awakened curiosity, to the precious and wild creation that I am.
Enjoyment
Today I delicately treat our pains and limitations, both yours and my own with love, compassion, and patience. As an alchemist I change the dense into fluidity. I transform the pain into joy and vulnerability.
I explore the sublime enjoyment, the caress of water on my skin, the warmth of my inner fire.
I recognise the healthy boundaries that encompass love, respecting my own space and the spaces I share with others.
Naturally, I allow the nectar of life to gently bring together what once felt separate. I now dance in unison with life, discovering new and unexplored dimensions of my being.
Card 17
Affirmation:
EMBRACE KNOWLEDGE
This painting honours the very source of creation. It represents the ancient image of the Selk’nam culture (Tierra del Fuego, Patagonia), people who were the spiritual guardians of the southern world. Their origins can be traced back to about nine thousand years ago. Nine thousand years of evolution and knowledge wiped out by colonization in just two decades.
Therefore,
I ask myself what are my roots?
Have I forgotten where I’ve come from?
Then, I remember respect.
I remember that my parents and grandparents live in me and that we are made of stories.
Roots
I leave indifference behind. I contemplate my ancestors focusing on their light and no longer on their wounded egos.
I am now honouring and healing my roots.
I acknowledge the sublime creation that I am: the result of a chain of improbable phenomena, manifesting in each generation, on and on.
Here I forgive, I love, I acknowledge, I thank and honour my origins.
Being grounded in this understanding of where I came from manifests acceptance and prosperity.
Card 18
Affirmation:
EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED
I am all the characters in this image. I am the trinity:
Human, Spirit and Universal Intelligence.
I am my roots and the depth of culture present in my identity. I am stories and unfathomable mysteries.
There are infinite movements in the world. I observe them, and I observe the connection between all things. I also observe that I am all things.
How I feel in here is how it feels out there.
“Because one does not live alone and what happens to me is happening to the world.”
~ Facundo Cabral, “No soy de aqui, ni soy de allá”
Respect
Respect is one of the most important values in establishing harmonious relationships with me and the world around me.
I am in connection with myself, with you, and with life. That connection reminds me that every small change in me has the potential to create an effect all around me, like a drop of water generating ripples when it falls into a pond.
With a loving disposition towards my own being and towards all creatures who live and grow, I nurture peace in my heart. This is how I also nourish peace in the heart of the world.
My earthly heart is a sacred responsibility.
Card 19
Affirmation:
FIBONACCI
Nature, simple and complex, is an everlasting source of observation and knowledge. Flowers, branches, and plants impregnate me with their perfection.
Therefore,
contemplating,
I ask her…
…and in her reflection I find out that I am like an underground current, hiding infinite secrets within its diverse patterns.
I observe my path moving like the rhythmic sequence of the spider web and that is how I am weaving my own life, in cyclic progression, revealing the secrets that tell me how to navigate my own journey.
I finally remember that I am Nature herself and I observe the illusion of living separated from her.
I remember who I am, who we are, and step by step move forward along my path.
Patience
“Adopt the pace of Nature; her secret is patience.”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The complete works, Vol X: Lectures and biographical sketches”
Card 20
Affirmation:
FLOW
I walk on this earthly plane through the duality of its light and darkness.
My feet touch the earth, my hands grip the roots, I immerse myself in the ocean. I look into the eyes of wild creatures, I listen to the song of the birds, I smell the aromas of the wild flowers, and I contemplate children, parents and grandparents. Everything and every experience that is integrated in this ordinary reality actually morphs into an extraordinary spiritual journey.
Each moment lived with consciousness clearly shows me that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
By observing the relationship I have with myself, with you, with Nature, with what I do or do not consume, with all my life experiences, I receive new tools and teachings that show me my true self, that reveal the path I am walking on, and where it is that I am heading.
When I nurture my heart with affection and care, it is reflected in my daily actions. From this space of nurture, encouragement, and attention, I gather my essential knowledge of life, knowledge that is made of pure love. Thus, naturally, the channel through which I share my learning with the world widens.
Transmitting the knowledge I have enriches me. Life belongs to me as I surrender to it.
Action
Every conscious present moment is that: a present, a gift. My life has been full of those little moments. Looking at the path I have travelled, I can see the guiding thread: a natural flow where my most beautiful treasures stand out.
With generosity I share my gifts and sow new Seeds of Light in the Earth.
“It always seems impossible until it is done.”
~ Daniel Wilson, “Prehistoric Man”
Card 21
Affirmation:
FLOWER OF LIFE
I find myself staring at the mirror and I see the illusion of the reflected image. Within me, I observe human beings creating superficial lives, lies, and chaos.
I choose to step out of my own trap with infinite compassion.
Nothing is constant, I tell myself, everything changes with time. Cells multiply, my body grows old, leaves fall, and the movement of my consciousness constantly changes.
There is no immutable being.
The Flower of Life reveals to me the secret of the circle, capable of generating, from its very simplicity, the most beautiful creation. When I am capable of reconnecting with Essence, with my essence, I manifest great beauty.
Now I understand, I discard layers and return to myself.
I transform myself.
Transform
I have a key to the unknown within me; that key is my own alchemy.
I have all the tools I need.
An ancient knowledge dwells in me, the Universal memory.
Thanks to this information I transcend my blockages, my pain, and I turn them into gifts for the planet.
Card 22
Affirmation:
HEALING PATH
I carry the wounds of my land in the wrinkles of my face, and my inner revolution becomes my hands nourishing you, nourishing me.
Step by step I am going through my own anguish, insecurities, and terrors. I burn like fire with these emotions and then I observe them calmly, not letting myself be carried away.
Motionless, like an ancient island well grounded amidst stormy waves, I stand firm.
Without even thinking about it, my strength expands, takes root, and grows in all directions.
I know the strength I need. The truth is that I have always found courage. The courage to dive deep into the ocean of my being.
I know the strength we all need.
I know the strength we all need.
I always find the courage.
I come back to myself.
I return to the world.
Mastery
Little by little I feel the energy returning to my body, I leave my cave with clear eyes and all the confidence I have
gained.
The time has come to assume my role. I am guiding a journey, regenerating a world.
Card 23
Affirmation:
I AM
In this holographic reality we function like mirrors. I mirror you and you mirror me.
I look into my mirror.
I look at you – I look at myself.
I can clearly see myself when I observe you. The outside acts as a mirror for my mind where I see different qualities of my own essence, of my most primitive self, reflected.
I grew up in a fragmented society that made me believe in ‘not being’: not being enough, not being valuable, not being capable.
I often believed that I had a broken wing.
This aspect of society is also my mirror, a very useful one, which can encourage me to take care of myself in harmful situations. It makes me appreciate life and see it from another perspective.
It gives me an opportunity to educate and expand my vision of reality.
I now see that ‘not being’ is an illusion, is a veil, based on a mistaken belief system and a projection of inherited fears.
I pause and look at you again. I look at myself again.
Seeing a spectrum of light and shadow, I assimilate the information received and I weigh it up. When I look at myself through harsh, closed, or authoritative mirrors I have the opportunity to review my own violence, to set limits, to express myself, and to let go as necessary. I always deserve love.
When I connect with sweeter, more loving and compassionate mirrors I am filled with peace, connection to life, and to my purpose. Because our humanity is in essence pure love, and that is one of my most beauty reflections.
I Am.
The act of observing says more about the observer than about what is observed.
Silence
I rest in silence.
Silence reveals the truth.
From the silence the answers spring.
I am able to look beyond the story I have told myself and observe my current situation clearly.
Today I grow and heal with love.
Card 24
Affirmation:
I AM THE SOURCE
I emerge from the womb of the mountain. I am connection between Heaven and Earth.
I reconnect what was once separated.
I am the channel that expresses that which wants to be expressed.
Old and new coexist now, because Life keeps moving forward organically entwined with its source.
Everything changes.
I am timeless and infinite while at the same time conscious of my ephemeral transit through this existence.
I am the Source.
Open
I am opening new doors.
I open up to Creation, resting in the pure essence of what I am: perfection.
I connect with my creativity and I am able to perform the most immeasurable wonders.
“I am the open door that no man can shut.”
~ Godfré Ray King (Count of St. Germain), “The ‘I AM’ Discourses”
Card 25
Affirmation:
IN TRANSIT
Valuable information has remained hidden beneath thousands of my earthly layers.
Now, all this is coming to light and the subterraneous minerals are expanding out of my head.
I free my thoughts and observe them without judgements. I question the superficiality of this era and unfold my feelings.
I free my expectations which are pure illusion.
I know that my face and body get older each day. That is my true physical nature, and today I honour it, I celebrate it, I love it.
It’s time to share this wealth with the world. It’s time for communication.
I share my honest, true self.
Expression
I listen to myself and express myself in whatever way I need to.
I open my communication centre.
I expand.
What exactly do I need?
Card 26
Affirmation:
INCORPORATE
I face my body and allow it to speak its messages. I observe every thought, conscious and unconscious, that I direct towards my physical self.
My body holds me, listens, feels, and manifests itself.
If I stop to consider the particles of matter that I am made of, I discover that my body system is vibration. The Universe, the planets, and everything that exists is vibrating.
It is then necessary to ask myself, how can I make the vibrations that I create and store in my body harmonious? How can I truly feel the life force beating in me?
In my breathing is the key.
In the beating of my heart is the answer.
My body, a precious integrated unit, evolved over countless planetary years.
My body, a unique experience on this earthly journey.
Incarnate
I am lucid and I question all normalisation and acceptance of toxic ideas in relation to my sacred body. Ideas that were imposed from the outside.
I recover my balance when I bring consciousness to every part of my being. To connect with my physical body is to listen to myself with love.
I take care and I nourish myself. I stretch, I rest, I move, and above all, I speak to myself with respect.
I am responsible for how I treat myself and what I allow into me.
I thank my body and my body thanks me back.
I celebrate a healthy relationship with myself.
“The human being has a universe within, full of overlapping frequencies, and the result is a symphony of cosmic proportions.”
Masaru Emoto, “The Hidden Messages in Water”
Card 27
Affirmation:
INFINITE SELK’NAM
Chains have tied me to an illusory hierarchical system. I unveil it and discover those powerful puppets are just embodying an old symbology.
Accepting that the masses have shaped the world, I recreate and regenerate myself from the very origin of my existence. For I am the world itself.
If I contaminate my body, my blood, my air, my atmosphere, I poison humanity.
Now, I recognise, I am an antibody in a sick society.
I clean the doors of my perception and the torus appears; a magnetic field that surrounds the Earth, the individual, and the atom. A symbol of my own energy.
I am vital energy, I am the galaxies, I am an infinite circle spiraling into the centre.
Face it
I transmute fears by observing them face to face and acknowledging the pure being that lives within me.
“Do not banish fear, for it is useful. Banish cowardice. Heroes fear, but they fight.”
~ Lorna Kohler, “Spiraling into the Centre
Card 28
Affirmation:
INFINITY
“Once upon a time a samurai warrior came to a Zen master and asked him to explain the difference between heaven and hell.
When the Zen master looked at him he said:
‘I will never teach anything to someone as ignorant and violent as you!’
The samurai was immediately consumed by rage; he drew his sword and prepared to finalise him.
Then the master said:
‘That is hell.’
Instantly, the samurai understood and, humbled by wisdom, he put away his sword and bowed in gratitude before the Zen Master.
The master said:
‘That is heaven.'”
~ Mujū Dōkyō, “Shasekishū”
My emotions and my mind dominated me. It caused great confusion, expectations, and projections. They brought an illusionary veil that kept reality out of sight.
Suffering stops when I acknowledge the ignorance of my own universe. I open up my vision and I leave room inside me for what I didn’t want to see… Truth.
Attention
The mind and the body are part of the same being and affect each other. When I pay attention to my emotions and thoughts, I regain the sovereignty of my being.
I breathe, I observe, and the pace of life slows down.
I can now see all things clearly.
Card 29
Affirmation:
INNER SUN
“Open your heart,
open to feeling,
open to understanding,
leave reason aside and let the hidden sun inside you shine.
Open yourself to the ancient memory hidden in the earth,
in the plants,
under the water,
under the fire.
It’s time,
now is the time.
Open your heart”
~ Rosa Giove, “Ábrete corazón”
Surrender
I surrender to my true feelings.
I climb the walls that I have placed inside myself.
I overcome my own barriers.
I let go of my armour.
As I acknowledge thoughts of harm, directed to myself and to others, I am able to forgive myself and let them go.
Now with new clarity new joys come.
Card 30
Affirmation:
INSIGHT FIRE
I have worked intensively to open new paths.
I have given myself completely to my duty.
It is enough.
I don’t demand any more from myself.
Paying too much attention to my thoughts blocks inspiration. It is better to breathe and let myself go.
A radiant light emerges from my chest and everything opens.
Confidence
I have complete confidence in Universal Intelligence.
Once I have done enough and more, I stop. I rest. I dream
Card 31
Affirmation:
INTERCONNECTION
Today I decide to look at myself in the mirror of my solitude.
The experience of my solitude changes. At times it is freedom and other times it is emptiness. It reflects my perception of the system of social relations, which are an essential network for maintaining my health and peace.
I look at the situation we are in and observe that there is an idea rooted in individualistic societies, which speaks to us of ‘being independent’ as a value, as if being an adult meant not needing anyone. When in fact, no one is truly an island.
Each being depends on another, the essence of nature is unity, and everything is in reciprocal interdependence. I integrate this truth with love and open my doors to a new time, in which there will no longer be people dying of loneliness, because they will now have circles of love supporting them.
The time has come to collaborate, to delegate, and to let myself be supported if I need to.
Walking side by side we advance, we create, we stumble, we care, we embrace, we work, and we rise.
Mutualism
There are emotions that hurt me and disconnect me, making my whole system full of stress hormones. All human beings knowing the same pain and the same fullness are united in blood and love.
By giving myself to the experience of inhabiting my solitude without suffering it, I open myself to participation for mutual benefit. Because when I fully share myself, you help me grow. Because when you fully share yourself, I help you grow.
I connect with change, with the internal revolution, and it is in joint consciousness that we create the flame that ignites all the hearts of the world.
I see you on the lonely street, I see you lost child, I see you abandoned elder, and I love you eternally.
“I do what you cannot, and you do what I cannot. Together we can do great things.”
~ Mother Teresa
Card 32
Affirmation:
LIFE
I turn my attention to my inner strength with stealth and diligence. In this darkness I listen to the silence that speaks the words of the Great Mystery.
i rediscover the benefits of concentration, consciousness and contemplation.
When I look into the darkness of the unknown, the jaguar guides me into the light on the other side. She tests me, giving me the strength to move fearlessly in the wilderness, reminding me that once I learn to walk quietly in the darkness, I will be able to find unbreakable peace on my path.
Little by little the masks and bonds are destroyed, my inner beast is integrated and with courage life is reborn.
Today I surrender to uncertainty. This is the great challenge.
Stability – Balance
I was not paying the necessary attention and it was much simpler than I thought.
I keep my eyes wide open to what this moment has to offer.
Almost without realising it, an opportunity appeared in front of me that I had not seen before, an opportunity to overcome inner blocks that had not allowed me to grow.
Now I know how to move and how to go forward.
An intervention from above… from within, stabilises me.
I find the conscious tools that will guide me from now on.
“We build too many walls and not enough bridges.”
~ Joseph Fort Newton, “Adventures of Faith
Card 33
Affirmation:
LUCID DREAM
My consciousness is able to move in different spheres of reality. One of these spheres is the world of dreams, an important part of my life. I dream every single night, even if I often don’t remember what I dreamt.
The lack of connection with the world of dreams has many sources. One is that humanity has been reduced to unconsciousness in order to adapt to the model of civilisation in which we live.
The more conscious I am while awake, the more conscious I am in my dream reality.
Today I deeply appreciate how important the world of dreams is to my daily life. In it lies valuable information about myself. Recovering my dream reality allows me to playfully explore my being, face my fears, welcome questions, find answers, expand my consciousness, and gather creative resources from within.
“How asleep can one be when one is aware of being in a dream?”
“Ego, separation, pecado original” (“Nada Irreal Existe” blog)
Imagine – Potential
When I visualise, imagine, or dream my future reality I become an artist of what is to come.
I extract ideas from my dreams and create a model with the unlimited resources of my mind and heart.
I may not yet be able to understand, in their entirety, the things I am capable of doing or knowing. However, there is an unexplored world of infinite potentials waiting for me, an inner fire pulsing and longing to grow, longing to warm the other side of humanity.
“Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were, but without it we go nowhere.”
~ Carl Sagan, “Cosmos”
Card 34
Affirmation:
MOON
The luminous and mysterious Moon exercises a great power of attraction over the waters of the Earth. Its phases influence the tides, the sap of plants, the migration of birds, the rotation of the planet, and our human body.
These natural cycles remind us that our human behaviour is not separate from our surroundings. It unashamedly exposes us to the most transcendental wisdom: we live in an expansive and infinite spiral.
I feel the energy of the Moon in my waters:
Waxing, to initiate and strengthen.
Full, to expand and project.
Waning, for introspection, for letting go.
Dark Moon, inviting me to receive, purify, and explore my inner vision.
Detachment
The only constant of life is change. Like the cycles of the Moon everything is in constant movement, a steady indifferent spiral of change.
Practising detachment is not about breaking ties with what is important to me. It’s about not depending on certain things, people, places, or emotions for my own happiness.
When my happiness comes from within I get involved in relationships in a healthier way, with myself and others.
Practising detachment is a path of integrity. I expand when I stop resisting and let go.
“What you resist, persists.”
~ Carl Gustav Jung
Card 35
Affirmation:
MORNING DEW
The path to my own star is made of reinventions. It is an open path, which constantly surpasses the created ideas about who I am.
The changing nature of life calls me to look at existence with new eyes, paying attention to my inner movements and allowing the necessary space for every emotion.
I create space for my light to shine, expand, and illuminate my surroundings. I create space for my shadow to dwell, to embrace the uncomfortable and integrate my wounds with genuine love. As natural as the transition from day to night, I integrate the darkness into me.
I loosen debilitating defence mechanisms that dismiss my gifts or hide my emotional shortcomings and deny my pain. Little by little I break this programming that makes me despise my body or disregard my calling by focusing my energy only on others.
I connect today with my inner rhythm. Flexible, changing and wise.
Resilience
It is life running through my body every time I feel the healing of my scars.
It is life pulsing in me when gratitude expands in my chest.
It is life communicating in every tear, in every laugh.
It is the sacred life in each new chapter.
My resilience is my refuge. There I tell myself the truth and leave space for all that I am.
“What does our life compare to? To the dewdrop that jumps from the beak of the water bird, and on which the moon is reflected.”
~ Master Dogen, “Genjōkōan”oh
Card 36
Affirmation:
MOTHER NATURE
Mountains and flowered sunsets are born from the warm embrace that expands from my centre.
Blood, death, sweat, waste, and pain are absorbed in my realms, and life itself grows from them.
I dwell in everything. Healthy or sick, I am always pure.
Within me reside the plants, the water, and all beings that feel. And just like them, I also feel.
“Who knows all the paths? Who speaks without having listeners? Who knows all the secrets? Water.”
~ Beatriz Pichi Malen, “Lafken Tayül. Canción sagrada de la laguna”
Nature
Every living being is a force, even the smallest insect.
It takes time to get close to Nature itself and let her hold you. It takes time to understand.
Time in Nature aligns my channels and guides me towards the most honest path. I go to the reunion with the original mother, Mother Earth.
She has always been here to nourish, hydrate, oxygenate, and sustain me.
I put my bare feet on the ground, bow down, and honour the beauty of that which sustains me, for everything has been given to me.
Card 37
Affirmation:
NATURAL ABUNDANCE
I am the unlimited source of energy that lives within me.
I am the natural abundance of the forces of the Universe.
I open up and allow myself to receive what I am, because I will live with myself forever.
I live my life. When I live it, wealth and abundance thrive.
I am a diamond.
I feel my naked heart, beating and sensitive to life.
Love
I give myself what I deserve.
I indulge in what I deserve.
I place my palms together, I thank, and I embrace all the generosity flowing towards my own being.
Card 38
Affirmation:
OPEN CENTRE
I open up to receive and I open up to give.
I learn to give and receive in perfect balance.
A balance in my heart’s region means a strong immune system. It is harmony in my relationships. So with awareness I oxygenate and nourish my blood, my organs, tissues, and cells.
I thank my vital functions. I breathe the air element into me.
I open up to unconditional love.
Breathe
I change the vibration of my blood and waters with the help of the air element.
I follow my own breath consciously. My body dilates and becomes a lighter vessel.
I allow myself to love and be loved.
Card 39
Affirmation:
OPEN CHANNEL
Life is fresh and new at every moment. As a mountain bird I learn to read the changing winds.
I embrace the challenge of the unexpected.
At times I get lost in an ocean of complexities without being able to take even the smallest step. Yet when I flow without needing anything or anyone, it becomes absolutely natural for me to drive my inner vehicle.
I am a deep being and the environment which surrounds me pierces me like a spear. I observe it and I realise that it is made of light.
I am able to look beyond the illusory scenario of the present moment. Today I am certain that the story I have not yet created is about to be born.
This moment is an opportunity.
With deep love I rewrite myself.
We all can rewrite ourselves.
Creation
When I embrace my creative power I am filled with strength. My creativity has always been ready to improvise and provide solutions in the most diverse circumstances of life.
I make my mind flexible. I give permission to deep impulses and to the expression of my essence. An inner call invites me to create my own destiny through new ideas, perceptions, and feelings.
Today my creative potential is the answer. It is the key that opens the doors to the great uplifting of humanity.
Card 40
Affirmation:
ORIGINS
I observe the collective subconscious of my family, filled with unresolved issues. These outstanding matters of my ancestors recreate situations for me and my current family tree. Repeating past events is an unconscious manner of honour and loyalty to my ancestors. It is a subliminal way of communicating that we are all part of the same tribe.
In order to move forward and respect my own path, I become aware of my tree and acknowledge the pain of my ancestors. If needed, I lament their sorrow and I release that family loyalty. The more I become aware of my history, the more light I shed on each relative, ancestor, descendant, and myself.
I understand that I am my family tree and that if I want to break free from inherited burdens and know myself better, I can always recover valuable information from my genealogy.
What is the origin of my name? Have I assumed responsibilities that are not mine? Are there family secrets yet to come to light?
“There is not a bigger relief than starting to be what one is. Since our infancy they have foisted on us foreign destinies. We are not in the world to fulfil our parents dreams, but ours.”
~ Alejandro Jodorowsky, “Diez recetas para ser feliz”
Cut bonds
The key to healing requires me to look beyond what my ancestors offered me as a life experience, positive or negative.
I accept that, from a higher perspective, any experience is love.
I thank my ancestors that I exist.
The best way of cutting bonds while honouring my family and ancestors is to do what I deserve.
My needs are valid.
I deserve to live in peace.
Card 41
Affirmation:
OWN VOICE
When I have let my love become tired, neglected, broken, exhausted… harmful emotions appear.
Fortunately, I am still here, so I allow myself to feel. To feel dark emotions running through my whole being. I don’t resist them, I don’t judge them, I no longer censor myself.
I welcome this emotion, I welcome it into my life. I breathe it, I embody it and identify in which part of my physical body it is stuck.
I amplify this feeling and completely surrender to it, acknowledging this emotion with my conscious breathing. I thank it for being a part of me all this time.
And now, Emotion, I allow you to be free.
I thank you again for all you have taught me and I let you return to the Source, with love and gratitude.
Acknowledge
I acknowledge my pain.
I free my feelings, my shame.
I do not give up and my head is held high without any fear.
I respect myself and I let my voice be heard.
Card 42
Affirmation:
PERCEPTIONS
I am now at a point in life where I am able to consciously look at the different paths I may choose to travel.
I can follow the same path by choice and continue to grow.
I can change to another path and explore other mysteries.
I can also deconstruct myself if I choose to.
I can begin again.
Today, I measure how much my old learnings limit or expand me.
When I consciously observe the path I have taken, I can choose my next step with more certainty.
I am exactly at the right point to review my values, principles, and interests.
I stop for a moment and reflect on the lessons I have learned from my successes and failures. Thus, I find the clarity I was looking for.
There are things to care for, and I go step by step.
Broadening the view – Reinvention
I stop, breathe slowly, and contemplate for a moment where I am.
There is no need to change my essence to face new challenges and discover opportunities.
Love is more than just a word; it is an attitude that springs up before everything around me: I give myself to the world, because I belong to the world and the world is mine.
Today, Life brings the answer or the question that I need most.
Card 43
Affirmation:
PILGRIMAGE
I am on the journey of Life. I take advantage of this journey to revise limiting beliefs that have blighted my past.
For too long I have surrendered to my weaknesses and now I clearly see a task before me. I will not put it off any longer.
I am capable.
I can do it.
In one insightful moment, I cut the chains.
“They did not know it was impossible so they did it.”
~ Mark Twain
Courage
Today I look Life in the eye and accept that we are dancing a dance of joys, illusions, and sorrows.
I have not come here to be perfect, I have come here to be real.
When I expand, fear diminishes.
I leave the shores of safety to venture out in this journey.
I take a leap of faith and I receive my reward.
Card 44
Affirmation:
PURE MEDICINE
I am a great mystery. My foundations are more profound than I ever imagined.
When I travel through the whole magnitude of my being, I first discover that my physical body is very dense. I experience the world through my senses as if I am a vehicle made for a space-time trip.
In this reality, I also have an encounter with my mind. Full of language, ideas, thoughts, noises, and intuitions.
In addition to this human avatar, it is interesting to notice that I sometimes inhabit another body, one of a higher vibration engraved with the very origins of life, a subtle body that has recorded every vital action.
I am also a body in the dream world, from where my feelings, desires, passions, and aspirations emanate. In the world of dreams, I accept and re-experience emotions driven by egos, defects, and human commotions. I see symbols, where the realities of my spirit become mythical, and transcendental truths are revealed to me. This dimension is eternity, where past, present, and future blend into the eternal Now.
If I keep adding ingredients to this being, to ‘what I am,’ I find out that stories from the beginning of time inhabit me, stored in my cellular biology, along with the world of emotions that accompanies me every day.
Do I really believe I am all of these layers of information I carry?
Therefore, to find Essence, I go to the presence of Life and I rest in the temple of Nature.
Emptiness
I empty myself.
I stir my painful memories with awareness and compassion, exploring my own world.
I see myself just as I am.
I sing to myself, I redeem myself, here and now.
“It is necessary to empty oneself in order to be filled again.”
~ Jiddu Krishnamurti, “The First and Last Freedom”
Card 45
Affirmation:
REFLECTING MY CENTRE OF FIRE
Every single choice I make is an act of will.
I am able to recognise a force within me when I direct my will power with a concrete intention and observe the dynamic energy that moves it.
It is no longer simply a matter of wanting something and following that impulse. Now what moves me is something deeper. It is the expression of my life energy creating a bridge to my purpose.
My creative will originates from the most intimate core of my being. Therefore, it is important to make room for it by pruning what distracts me and blocks out the light. In this way, I allow a feeling of strength and power to grow from within me as I follow my true path.
I now listen with awareness to the voice that emerges from this new space.
Are my thoughts, my feelings, and my actions aligned with the deepest part of my being?
Today I allow myself to feel the child alive in this adult.
Today I allow myself to feel the beauty, the sweetness, and the softness of life.
Today I caress my skin like never before, with true love, appreciation, and respect, aware that I reside, here within.
I allow the element of fire to guide my journey from the solar plexus, dancing with the four elements that inhabit me.
“I am the master of my destiny, I am the captain of my soul.”
William Ernest Henley, “Invictus”
Will
I gently channel my energies, recognising how to take care of myself in each present moment.
I am connected, I am fertile territory, I am a gentle caress, I am a song, I am affection. I am the relationship between art, clay, touch, and love. By embracing my instinct without taming it, I belong to myself and I bond.
Today I am blooming from my scars.
Today that part of me that was always prepared for war can finally rest.
“Earth my body, Water my blood, Air my breath, and Fire my Spirit.”
~ traditional Native American chant
Card 46
Affirmation:
RISING
A new start for me.
I have done well, everything is taking its place.
Expectations no longer exist. All that remains is the knowledge that I dream my life. I am the dream that I make real with every step I take.
Life surprises me. My work bears fruit and scatters the seeds of my essence.
My waters, my emotions are now in balance and I am absolutely aware of my responsibility as a being who dreams the world.
Trust
I stop listening to others and I trust in every step I have walked, in what I have created, and in what I feel. I embrace my past processes. I taste both the sweet and the bitter.
Everything that happens has its reason, even if I can’t always see it. Each situation is perfect for every moment.
In gratitude, in this perfect moment, I trust.
Card 47
Affirmation:
ROOTS AND ASCENDING CHANNEL
I have built walls around myself as a result of my past wounds.
Wounds from my childhood, known wounds, unconscious wounds, wounds from my parents, physical wounds, wounds in my mind, wounds from dark passages of my life, wounds from education, wounds from society.
How can one so wounded, be able to relate to another equally wounded being?
Apparently I formed relationships out of fear, repressing myself so as not to suffer more wounds. My past became present.
Now, wounds… I thank you. Thank you for being life’s teachers, for unmasking me, for allowing me to take an amazing journey to my centre.
Today, those wounds have become scars that remind me of the importance of choosing to walk a path with heart.
Now I know what is important. For every dark corner l transcend, in the long run, brings me only one simple message: Love.
Give new meaning
What does it mean to be the architect of my life?
I connect with my story and with those decisions that made love grow.
Today I choose wisely: I allow myself to play, laugh, and wonder.
I am my greatest guide.
Card 48
Affirmation:
SACRED GEOMETRY
Order and chaos, despite being opposites, are intimately linked; one does not exist without the other. It is the illusion of duality that makes us perceive them as different things, even though their essence is identical.
Every chaotic situation is a moment of change and transformation with the potential to generate a new reality.
The sacred geometry in this painting represents a metaphor of order in the Universe. It comprises dimensions, codes, systems, and symbols that represent the source of life, matter, and spirit.
Today, the invitation is to address internal chaos with perspective.
To welcome chaos is to allow the obsolete to be destroyed, transformed.
Today I let things break and fall apart if that’s the way it has to be. What goes away always leaves room for something new. This is the law of evolution, the Universe, galaxies, Nature, and of the human being.
Order
I observe the movements of the Universe within my own day-to-day life, recognising my resilience and personal strength within the ebbs and flows.
Observing the dance of chaos and the teachings it leaves behind on the path of learning, I realise that the destruction of ignorance marks the arrival of knowledge, order and love.
I understand that the nature of chaos and order transcends the label of positive or negative. The whole picture is my guide through uncertainty.
I am at peace.
Card 49
Affirmation:
SACRED SEXUALITY
I connect with the constant beat of life that inhabits me. I tune in with the sacred drive of my sexuality.
My sexuality is Life and is Nature. Therefore I open up the doors to my creativity and I open myself to that energy flow.
I know myself.
I respect myself.
I look after myself.
I trust and I learn from loving myself.
I observe the movement of the sacred and the profane. I transform the subtle and vulnerable energies elevating my sexual drive, a large forest filled with mysteries, a dance of energies, a point of contact that contains the life force of Creation.
I integrate my invigorated self, stimulating mind, body, and emotions. I unclog blockages and I connect with the Cosmic Mind.
I glimpse the mysteries of the Universe.
Sexual centres
I connect with my centres of sexual energy.
I focus my attention in my lower centres while I gently breathe, thanking the movement of the life force that resides within.
An authentic and pure sexual expression creates radiant health.
Card 50
Affirmation:
SPACE-TIME WEAVER
Today life woke me up from a great slumber. A lethargy of dark and cold times that were in fact perfect and allowed the light that inhabits this very moment to shine brighter.
I take off an archaic mask. I observe all the judgments I make and all the things I didn’t give myself. I stop labelling my emotions as good or bad.
With newfound awareness I embrace the fact that emotions simply are. They are natural expressions of an inner reality, of a need.
I now look at my life as a living fabric, with its patterns, figures, and colours.
I appreciate the beautiful and subtle piece of art I have been creating.
I incorporate new and diverse colours into my fabric, I integrate in me what I had previously separated, thus allowing my wings to open.
I embrace my variety, loving myself and feeling proud of myself.
Tenderness
I allow what is happening to me to flow and tenderly embrace the complexity of my emotions.
Looking at my path differently means being gentle with myself, it requires understanding, giving in sometimes and rethinking with the most beautiful imagination.
I’m rooted in the certainty that there is still much love to be lived.
Card 51
Affirmation:
STELLAR EMBRACE
I argued with reality, and Life felt like a strict teacher. How can I rest in my ‘here and now’ when the situation is so complex?
So, I took a journey of self-observation and found a limitation that I hadn’t seen before.
Little by little, adapting to the new and accepting that space as it is, a deep gratitude began to grow in me.
Today, I welcome in my heart a sacred sadness, a true, vulnerable ‘I’.
Today I finally give myself a break.
Life invites me to dare to go through that dark night of feelings not fully lived, because it is useless to fight against the inevitable.
Much of the dance of life is moving in an uncertain, mysterious direction. I am not in control, so I let go of that struggle, move out of the way and stop being the interference in my own path.
I accept my sadness and I grow in joy.
I accept my weakness and increase my strength.
Acceptance – Reconciliation
Acceptance matures in me when there is full confidence that I can throw myself into the void and pass through the confusion, knowing that the intelligence of life always sustains me.
I jump into an abyss made of fear and after jumping I begin to float. As I float, I look down from above and the landscape of acceptance permeates me completely. My inner struggle calms down and an immense force springs forth from that place.
I reconcile myself… I embrace in myself all that is coming.
“What you deny claims you. What you accept transforms you.”
~ Carl Jung
Card 52
Affirmation:
STORIES OF MY MOTHER
This illustration tells me to pay attention to the information embedded in my DNA, which is a map that guides me to the mould of my heritage.
In order to know that mould and how it has shaped me, I have to make a journey that begins in the womb of my biological mother.
My body was gestated in her body, and during the pregnancy we were one being. Every day, her blood carried chemical information generated from her emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Everything she went through, my body felt as well.
When I entered the world, my upbringing was immersed in a certain cultural identity. A nation, a social environment, and a family system that instilled in me many norms and patterns about how to think, act, and react to every situation of daily life.
We are who we are because of millennia of cultural moulds passed down from generation to generation.
This journey now brings me to the present, and leads me to observe my spontaneous reactions, even those I sometimes do not understand.
I realise that conditioning is a series of movements and memories, memories that are always of the past. I call these memories ‘knowledge’ and I have millions of them accumulated: of pleasure, suffering, fear, joy, and much more.
To this day, I have become the result of these memories. They have conditioned my life. However, they do not condition my observer.
The deepest part of me observes without judgement or conditioning. Uninfluenced by moulds or cultures, it quietly watches me, my memories, my reactions. It simply observes.
What am I here for?
Observe
The benefits of contemplation are immeasurable. The dual mind is in constant conflict: ‘I stay, I go… I want, I don’t want.’ When I simply observe it, there is no more inner struggle.
Today I observe myself with love and full acceptance of who I am. Without needing to change reality nor accumulate more information. I observe my thoughts and my emotions without judgment.
I accept and embrace myself with everything that comes with it.
My gaze expands and thus sees the wisdom to live a full life.
Card 53
Affirmation:
TEMPLE OF LOVE
I am not alone. I am connected to all the beings of the Universe even if sometimes I am not capable of sensing it.
Only I can see through my eyes, hear with my ears, and feel with my skin. That makes me unique in this infinite map. This is the gift I can share with the world today.
I am stellar matter itself, my composition is exactly the same as the stars.
I understand that I am infinite matter and you are the same as me.
Seeing each other at last, I assume we can walk in peace.
Love relationships
I leave behind what is toxic and I embrace my everyday with respect. I know now that person, animal, plant, and every movement occurring around me is not separate from me but shares the very same energy.
We are an essential part of an immense and infinite network.
“I wonder if love means learning to walk in this world…”
~ Octavio Paz, “”Carta de creencie”
Card 54
Affirmation:
THE ENCOUNTER
My mind has roamed confusing worlds, and alien ideas have clouded my truth.
Life talks to me clearly now and tells me to follow the natural flow, the movement of life, that heartbeat that moves us in only one direction. Just as the tree flourishes with no resistance, just as love heals… the time to reincarnate is now.
Listen
I learn to listen to nature, to others, to every single subtle and blatant external sound.
By listening to myself, I see myself and I regain personal power.
“My song is more than just that, my song is singing itself.
It has always been this way and it will remain the same.
Singing very softly you learn to listen.
And with listening, one learns to see.
Things from Mystery.
To listen is to see.”
~ Ramón Peregrino, “Escuchar es ver”
Card 55
Affirmation:
THE ENERGY OF THE ANDES
There is an energy movement rising from the base of my body through my spine. At the same time, an immense movement of energy is emerging from the centre of the Earth to the surface. In both events I can glimpse the movement of a consciousness and the connection with the Earth’s core.
In the Andes landscape the energy of a uterus opens up, reminiscent of the primordial energy of life. In the mountains I am born again and I acknowledge that the feminine energy is open there and is open for the entire world.
I am from the Earth. I remember my connection with this living organism. I am in communion with Life and all living things.
The planet’s transformation opens all of my doors.
With joy and an open heart I start to create higher vibrations and I flow following the beat of Mother Earth, transforming myself along with her.
Remember
I remember what I have forgotten.
The ancient knowledge is renewed in me.
I am the Earth itself and I activate this wisdom in every cell of my body.
Card 56
Affirmation:
THE GIFT
What is my place? Am I giving myself the space that I deserve?
I am like an antenna, receiving frequencies and spreading vibrations within and around me.
I am an essential part of the process that is creating this world.
Everything that I emit is manifesting in every part of my life, of my universe.
I have come here to learn something from this earthly experience.
I am here to offer the maximum potential of my human avatar.
Now, I decide to heal my relationship with authority, finding my own.
I take my place, the place that I deserve. I have the responsibility to manifest my power.
Life is a gift.
Receive, honour, and utilise this ultimate offering.
Authority
I go back to my natural state.
I am firm in my axis.
I manifest my will.
Card 57
Affirmation:
THE JOURNEY
In all my dreams there are keys that open doors to my inner world. Today, this image offers me the possibility to explore a daydream.
An animal of power approaches. He invites me to look at a sacred symbol that has inhabited me since the beginning. Now I understand it! My heart trembles and recognises what it represents.
It is a seed of unity for a fragmented world.
With archaic wisdom, this benevolent spirit whispers to me in a wordless language: ‘It is time to spread this symbol across the Earth to all people.’
I climb on his back and we take flight. From the heavens we release this message of peace into every corner of the planet. Each time the message is received, I see from above a human heart bathing in light and opening like a flower in Spring.
Service
I contemplate the world with affection and care, gathering the best that it has to offer.
I have come with fear and love, with light and shadows, with ancestral wounds and healing power.
I give myself to the service of the world as an expression of unconditional love for our differences.
The world receives me back with a love I did not know, as if it had been waiting for me all this time.
Within me, the sweetest lullaby ever heard begins to sound. It is the song of the soul of the world, which now welcomes me.
Card 58
Affirmation:
THE SACRED FEMININE
My brain has two hemispheres: the rational left and the intuitive right. At the same time, I hold feminine and masculine energy. Even though one of them may govern me, every human being, myself included, is both. Tao calls them Yin and Yang, and the two comprise the vital energy: Qi.
During the last few thousand years patriarchal societies, biased towards male energy, have prevailed in the world.
Values, agreements, culture, ideas, institutions, and almost everything around us is marked with this stamp.
So it’s better to ask myself:
Why are actions like competing, winning, consuming, and constant production considered virtues?
Why do reason and objectivity take precedence over all other considerations, like feeling, observing, empathising?
Why do we believe that instead of embracing life we have to struggle?
Because we have learnt that what is Masculine is related to conquest, achievement, and appropriation. Other values are often considered weak and of no use.
The power and the importance of the Feminine energy is not often recognised, because it is vulnerable and, therefore, violated. Hence, this energy, essence of the Earth, is systematically attacked in our civilisation, in both women and men, and in the Earth herself.
Now I responsibly understand that this is inherited, and to solve this world conflict, I have to solve my inner conflicts first.
I embrace the Sacred Feminine in me. I connect with life, blood, cycles, what I feel, and that which I can’t grasp with reason.
Regeneration
I regenerate my feminine side. I release control so that creation can flourish, along with intuition, dedication, and expression.
When Yin and Yang encounter each other, everything becomes sacred and divine.

Affirmation:
TREASURE
Where was I?
Everything was dark back there.
My body had no strength anymore and my food tasted of emptiness.
‘Where is the water to hydrate my dreams?’
‘It’s here!’ something inside me started to scream.
Before, I could not recognize the sunrise because I had no experience with the darkest night.
I felt the density of my body, my emotions, and my past. I had to accept all of it and let it go.
I can now understand that the way back to myself is a journey of eternal beauty and I am amazed and overwhelmed observing this path.
I have just discovered the most beautiful wonder. Or is it the very first time that I have really seen the diverse beauty of a rainbow?
How many surprises are there waiting for me?
Honour my path
Nothing happens by chance and the road travelled is just perfect. I release the guilt associated with my past.
I am now present.
I embrace who I am and I am thankful for my learnings.
Thank you life for my new blank page.

Affirmation:
WITNESS OF BEAUTY
Noises, voices, words, scenes. This incessant mind does not stop.
Hey…
Wait a second!
I am here, right here.
It is only me who can govern myself, I am sovereign, free. I revoke the power that I have given to outside authorities. I take back the excess power that I have given to my own mind.
No one nor anything can take away my energy.
I am connected to the Source.
I embrace my presence, to feel the connection.
I am witness to the Beauty of this world.
Present
I am presence.
I am my true nature beyond name or form.
I am present in my chest, in my body, in my whole being.
Yes, I am present with my whole self.
Wholeness.

Affirmation:
WHOLEHEARTED BRIDGE
To listen to what is inside me is to listen to the world around me.
I listen to the wisdom of my body that tells me that the years have passed and that even though I haven’t realised it, many times I still listen to life through the prism of my childhood.
I now listen with awareness to the voice of my infancy asking for my attention.
I now listen with awareness to the voice of my adolescence asking for my attention.
I accepted, stored, and accumulated painful memories during those years. I decide to heal my wounds with much love and delicate strength.
Gently, with love, I approach my inner child and say:
‘Forgive me for all the walls I had built around you.
Thank you for being an important part of me, a part that I have not paid enough attention to.
For all the pain, I am sorry and I ask your forgiveness.
I care for you, I love you, and I admire your understanding in spite of all adversity.
Thank you for your willingness to let go of these things.’
Sincerity
I am faithful to my own being, I tell myself the truth and that is how I take care of myself.
Without judgment, today I recognise and embrace that pure and innocent being who dwells in me. I talk, I feel.
I am finally listening to myself.

Affirmation:
WINTER SOWING
Living better in these times will depend on observing which of my values have sprung from my heart and which were implanted by social institutions.
We are systematically influenced to deviate from our purpose and programmed to be ruthless competitors, turning us into products of manipulation.
It is up to me alone to look at this social structure in truth and to rethink how I will benefit from this journey of Life. A life based on pointless consumption is an unfulfilled life.
To find that fullness and autonomy it is necessary for me to study, without being immersed in books or hoarding more information, but rather studying the best way to live in harmony with myself and all the beings who inhabit this planet.
The time has come for reason to become an advisor to my feelings. Today I begin to plant the seeds of a successful future. A future whose fruits I may neither see nor taste, but which next generations will be able to harvest.
Prioritise
I am aware that I have the ability to ignore or discredit those feelings which cause inconvenience or go against the status quo. Subconsciously I am turning a blind eye to the truth to avoid addressing the problems of my actions or my community. I am aware that I have the ability to feel the right path and to see the truth clearly.
Today I can choose to be in tune again with my inner guidance for the good of my soul and for the wellbeing of all other souls around me.
Today I feel with my head and think with my heart. It’s a good time: Heaven is open and the Earth supports me.
