Affirmation: Divine discernment lets me know when to go, when to stop, and when to drop into the space in between.

Affirmation: I move when moved; until then, I revel in the deliciousness of the present moment.

Affirmation: This is a journey – not a sprint – so I build in breaks and reward myself along the way.
